2. Hosting and server logs
This site is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with data centres in the EU as well). Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time and requested page to deliver the site securely and quickly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For transfers to the USA Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
3. Cookie choice
We store your choice in the cookie banner in the cookie “cc_consent” (12 months). It is technically necessary to remember your decision (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
4. Statistics services (only with your consent)
We load the following services only after you have agreed in the banner. The legal basis is your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Matomo runs without cookies on our own server and is nevertheless loaded only after your consent.

5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. Complaints may be addressed to the competent supervisory authority, in Bavaria the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
